Support for domestic violence and life between cultures.
At Crossroads Wellness, I offer a compassionate space for individuals navigating life’s most personal and painful crossroads.
My focus is on supporting individuals who are healing from domestic and family violence — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Whether you're recovering from years of control, emotional silencing, or subtle forms of abuse that left no physical marks but deep inner wounds, I see you.
Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to walk it alone.
Many of the individuals I support are living with the quiet weight of cultural disconnection — even after years in Australia.
You may have grown up here or moved long ago, but still feel out of place.
You might be caught between cultures, trying to meet family expectations while figuring out who you really are.
That in-between space can feel confusing, lonely, or like you don’t fully belong anywhere — but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
In our work together, I hold space for your whole story — the grief, the strength, the confusion, and the courage. My counselling is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, heard, and supported.

At Crossroads Wellness, I believe healing begins with being seen and supported — without judgment, pressure, or expectation.
Whether you're recovering from painful relationships or feeling lost between cultures, this is a space where you can go slow, feel safe, and be gently held in your story.

I'm guided by compassion, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for your pace and your voice.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.

I support those navigating the emotional challenges of starting over in a new culture — from identity confusion to feeling caught between worlds. Together, we explore, process, and gently rebuild a sense of belonging.

My practice is grounded in gentleness, cultural sensitivity, and trauma-informed care. I don’t believe in quick fixes or surface-level advice.
I offer a space where your pace is respected, your experiences are honoured, and your healing unfolds with dignity and care.
Here, you are not just listened to, you are truly heard.

I do this work because I know how much it matters.
I understand the deep emotional impact of relationships that erode your sense of safety, worth, and voice. My commitment to supporting individuals affected by domestic violence comes from a place of genuine empathy and a belief that healing begins with safety and being heard.

I’ve also walked my own path through cultural change — and I know it’s not only those who migrate who carry that weight. Many children of migrant parents grow up feeling caught between cultures, navigating unspoken expectations, identity shifts, and the quiet grief of not fully belonging in either world.
These experiences fuel my compassion and dedication to creating a space where you feel supported, seen, and safe — no matter your story or where you're starting from.
